Any KC folks know who the developer or GC is for the multifamily development going in at 110 W Main Street Smithville, MO? All I can find is 110 Smithville, LLC. Trying to get in contact for the opportunity to bid the flooring on the project.

Three Light - Kansas City Had my first tour/meeting in the Three Light apartment complex yesterday. $150MM: 26 stories tall with 288 Units. Ranging from studios to penthouses. The amenities for this building are over the top! Along with great meeting areas throughout the building for residents to use.
The 1,2, & 3 Light buildings amaze me every time I am in the downtown KC area. These apartments have everything a tenant could ask for and more. The units range anywhere from ~300 sq ft to ~2,300 sq ft.
