Trust me I had the same problems when I started to coach at HBCU schools but found the way how to deal with the situation not out in the public.we wow at both university with less resources. Tennessee State we won two Ohio championship 1998-1999 With less resources .

Wow it was a great homecoming football game at Allen university. Ours player play Extremely hard and did not let up . I was so proud of the Defense 4 interceptions two for touchdowns, block punt for touchdown. First time I ever had that Type of performance. Good job yellow Jack.
