His design both physically and narratively struck me as incredibly unique. I was expecting a western-inspired sheriff/bandit rival to Clover from the get-go, but the perspective of him essentially just being an entertainer with a love for cowboy culture was a very charming take!
I don't know if I made one of these for Starlo/North Star

Honestly the 3DS had Smash Bros, Pokemon Sun and Moon, SMTIV, OoT/Majora remakes, Monhun, it had impressive limits for the time it was made.
I think DS could, given it had games like Pokemon Black and White it could run no problem. Maybe reduced soundbite on some tracks tho
