@pfridgway @theseant He was one of our 1st TUH Hero’s part of a submission recv’d said “he is patient and helpful, an excellent teacher and teaches with such kindness & humour never making the student feel like they are asking a ‘stupid’ question.’” A word for everyone, he will be greatly missed.

@permanenttsb so so very disappointing to arrive at a branch for a counter service to be told with a shrug of the staff shoulder they close at 3pm. Your call centre tells people 5pm….customer service FAIL

@MandSBankArena so very very disappointing to see some very elderly people queuing in this weather, no clear directions on the right queue to be in. Being sent from one queue to another, staff should know the correct place to direct people
