1/ This goober @HealthUncensord really just said āautismā¦the inability to feel love or human connectionā. Pull up a chair and read closely while I share a story about my 8 year old autistic daughter that destroys your hateful rhetoric with ease.

@OldeWorldOrder @DefiyantlyFree Youāre telling me that we have a bunch of people hiding dead bodies so they can steal their SS checks? Stop it š The payments going to ādead peopleā are payments going to beneficiaries of dead people.

@Stevemvalga1 @ExitLeftGoRight @amuse Nope. I was pretty clear on what the issue is, but good effort attempting to misrepresent what I said.

I canāt speak for the former administrations, but the same could be said about former republican presidents too. Both sides are guilty of not making this a priority, but that doesnāt mean it should be carried out irresponsibly by somebody who makes repeated claims of āfraudā with ZERO evidence to back it up. Democrats have been begging to be part of this process. Not much can be done when Elon refuses to go before the committee to answer questions, shuts people out of their work systems and literally blocks members of Congress from entering buildings. I have worked in compliance and risk management in the finance sector for almost 20 years. I have NEVER heard of or seen an audit carried out like this and I donāt know a single career auditor that would ever agree to do one under these circumstances. It is not appropriate in any professional capacity to blatantly ignore privacy laws, claim fraud with zero evidence and accuse any and everyone who so much as asks a question of being ācriminalsā. Privacy laws are hardly a technicality. They are incredibly important and every single American is entitled to have their PII protected. I see a lot of people putting all of their energy into the protection of their tax dollars while simultaneously ignoring the protection of the rest of their assets, name, address, SS#, bank accounts and medical records. Mathematically, what sense does that make? Iām not saying you shouldnāt care about where your tax dollars go, but letās not pretend that tax dollars are the only thing that matters when it is literally the smallest portion of what each individual owns/controls. Again, nobody has a problem with an audit and it would be fucking fantastic if they would allow the democrats to choose an auditor to partner with them, but DOGE and Trump will not allow it. Why do you think that is? Take off your political lens for a second and look at all of these behaviors from an unbiased perspective. Can you honestly say that you donāt see a single concern? Can you honestly say that if democrats did this, theyād be 100% justified? Itās not the audit itself that is the problem, itās the way itās being carried out that is causing an outrage. DOGE is hurting their own credibility, costing taxpayers more money in court battles and causing delays in this process by doing things unethically.

@JosephGorton1 @MatthewW_eacc @amuse You canāt refute ANY of my points so you resort to childish ad hominem attacks? Got it šš» Thank you for making it painfully obvious to everyone that you lack both the knowledge and wherewithal to be involved in this conversation.

@mikalsr @lexzeppelin159 @amuse We actually do know this due to the affidavits that have been filed by DOJ lawyers lol. They are tech bros with experience in coding, ZERO experience in auditing or any job that requires privacy laws and regulations. A lot can be revealed in lawsuits š

@Snarkage1 @politicsusa46 In my state, you absolutely can if you have a name change court order (which does not change your birth record and a footnote is added with your original birth name and court order #). I have done this exact thing.

I have literally done it lol. You can petition a court asking for last name change order and if they agree, a court order will allow it on your birth certificate WITHOUT it changing your birth record. The 2nd screenshot I posted in my comment above is from my state vital records office. Again, maybe not all states allow it, but mine does if you have a court order allowing an amendment (which again, does not change your birth record).

Correct, you can do that with a marriage license on most documents like license and SS card. If you want to change your name on your birth certificate (which doesnāt change your birth record), you need an actual court order. It might not be allowed in all states, but it is in mine. They put a footnote on the bottom that references your name at birth and the court order #.

@HTinchick @politicsusa46 In my state, you can. Iāve done it. You can change your last name without changing your birth record bc they put a footnote at the bottom notating the change (you must have a court order to do this).

@QuarantineQat @politicsusa46 Not true. You can change your name on your birth certificate without officially changing your birth record (a footnote is added). It may vary in some states, but I have done it in my state.
