#theFOUR truths of, the Gospel.

The Apostle Paul was very talented. In his second letter to the Church in Corinth (2 Corinthians 12), he even says, "if I want to boast, I wouldn’t be a fool, because I would be telling the truth." He could easily draw 𝘨𝘭𝘰𝘳𝘺 to himself. But, then HE tells us "so that I would not exalt myself, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to torment me so that I would not exalt myself. Concerning this, I pleaded with the Lord three times that it would leave me. But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” Paul then says, "I will most gladly 𝙗𝙤𝙖𝙨𝙩 all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me." To boast, wait for it... is to give 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐘, with reason, or without. It's to exalt the name of Christ, whether you fully understand what's happening to you or not. It's loving God not for the things He does for you, but for who He is. Giving God glory when you're great, is easy. Trusting Him when you're not, is Faith. #FCAGLORY #GameChanger

We have 52 High Schools, Middle Schools and Private Schools that offer sports in our Coastal NC FCA (4-County) Area. We have FCA active on 38 of them because Coaches and/or Teachers have responded to the calling from the Lord to not let their talent go to waste. TEAM FCA exists to Equip them for this calling to Christ in sports. At Lejeune High School, FCA was revitalized there thanks to the faithfulness of Ms. McLendon. As she retires and passes the baton, we are grateful for her and wish her all the best! #GameChanger
