This is BIG FACTS!!!
Strength Coach REAL take: Your training, or more specifically lack there of follows these players in the portal. When you’re bringing in 20-40 newcomers a semester you start taking notes on who is and who isn’t actually coaching. Without a doubt there are one offs but when you start bringing in multiple athletes from the same program and see the same glaring issues, you start playing the law of averages. If you think I’m talking about you, I probably am. Do your job BETTER #REALtraining
