Going to start making more content for 35-50 year olds, there’s a gap in the market. It’s all fine and we’ll constantly seeing fit 20-30 year olds all the time but it’s not that impressive… You really should be in shape at that age, you’ve got time, you’ve got energy-
I’m telling you the biggest flex you can have once you hit 40 is being healthy, that’s it! Money will come and go but having a level of fitness and still being able to do things is something we should all aim for 💪🏾🫡
Stop using excuses to justify/defend your lack of action.. Manage your time better, if it means you have to go to bed earlier so you can wake up ealrier, then DO IT‼️ Once you get used to it it’s a habit, once its a habit you’re on your way 🫡💪🏾
There’s approximately 13 weeks till summer starts, on average it takes 8-12 weeks for a person to see significant changes if they train twice a week (there are other factors to consider). In short, if you haven’t started yet, you’re cutting it close

I used to wear a shoulder/back brace in Secondary School (admittedly, I only wore it for a few weeks)
Why?? You might ask, I had the WORST posture growing up and because of it I had back and shoulder pain well into my 30s
