All the countries we play against go all out for their sport programs whether it’s cricket, football, athletics etc. No way we’ll get anywhere unless there’s a serious investment for local sport 🇧🇲

The roll & throw is the most under coached and underrated tool in regard to GK distribution. Forget about the side volley for a sec & teach your GKs how to roll & throw a ball effectively 🧤

Control the controllables. Don’t waste any energy on things & outcomes that you can’t control.
It’s a massive waste of your energy that can’t be replaced.
