Today was my last day at Morton Ranch High School. I have been blessed to coach some great kids and got to work with some amazing teachers and coaches. After spring break I will be joining the staff over at Mayde Creek High School. I’m sad to leave the ranch but also excited for.

We laid my mom to rest today. She loved all of us beyond measure. She will be missed terribly. She has been reunited with Dad. What a reunion it must have been! Love you Mom! ❤️❤️💔💔

What an emotional roller coaster today has been, @MiaSell11 and I celebrated 20 years of marriage. Then around 2 o’clock my sister called and told me that our mom had passed away. I’m sad to lose her but I know she is rejoicing with God, my dad, and her mom. Miss you mom! ❤️❤️.

Tonight will be filled with a lot of firsts for 2020. It will be an emotional one. It’s the first game of my life that my dad will not be in the stands cheering on a team of mine. I’ve missed the texts today about bananas and water. Love you dad and miss you everyday.

The coaching profession awesome! I spent the day at the State wrestling tournament & watched a young man that I coached at PD for three years compete. I also got to watch a young man coach that same athlete that I coached at PD as well. I’m so proud of both of these young men.

My parents loved to serve people by cooking for them. They would smoke briskets, ribs, chicken, etc… no better way to remember them than to do what they loved and smoke a brisket myself. Also, I may have found dad’s “super secret” bbq sauce recipe. 🤫🤐

This has been the most difficult Christmas’s of my life. It was the first Christmas Day without my Dad. I miss him everyday. Regardless of how I feel, I KNOW without a doubt he had the most amazing Christmas Day up in heaven with Jesus. Merry Christmas from my family to yours.

Really proud of my oldest daughter. She competed in her first high school track meet on the Varsity as a freshman. She got 3rd place in the shot put and 4th in the discus. Everyone who beat her was a JR or a SR. Threw 31’4.5” in shot & 92’4” in discus.
