A simple message for 2025, keep the foundations and fundamentals strong and just as a tree grows and develops, people should grow too over time and strive for greater knowledge, new challenges and new experiences. Take advantage of new opportunities and try new things. Keep your roots deep and your branches wide!!!

Extremely dangerous and poor advice in my opinion! The understanding and execution of these workouts will not be met by the majority of people who attempt them! We need to do better in our communication of training types and using the wording โhardโ or โall outโ etc is asking for trouble with 99% of the athlete population! As a coach I would never advise using this wording in training prescription! What we write and how we write it, is a critical tool in coaching!
