A great performance for
@webbermbb
!! After the past two weeks, they may have just played their way into the National Tourney! Either way they have made it really tough on the selection committee!
The few who know where this program has come from and still battle through daily understand this accomplishment. For the 1st time in the program's history being recognized on a national level. Just the beginning for this group of guys. Go Warriors.

Tyrone Nesby IV. Tyrone joins from California State University San Marcos, where he averaged 8 PPG 4 RPG, shooting over 40% from the field. He brings leadership, experience, and great scoring to the program.
Congratulations to
@k_stokes_2
for being named an NAIA All-American. Really proud to have been apart of his development and happy he is being recognized on a national level. His growth from a D1 role player to being one of the best players in the country was earned from hardwork

Webber men's basketball uses big second half to surge past Gyrenes, 76-73! The Warriors shot 73.7% in the second half to help them to their second victory over Ave Maria. Next up, Webber will travel to take on Southeastern this Saturday at 4 PM.
Over the last two weeks there had to be a dozen games ending with players shooting 3/4 court shots. Imagine advancing the ball and having a chance. Not to mention the entertainment value.

I am so excited about the opportunity! Miami! Let’s Work!
Life is bigger than basketball. Strengthening my athlete's mind and preparing them for life after basketball is just as important as winning a game.

It's a great rule change. It doesn't change any fundamental concepts of the game of basketball, while also making SLOB situations more important. Growing the game by making it more exciting is a positive.
Congrats to myself on the best fantasy football output in league history 210.40 PTs. I’ll try not to mention the fact I on was on a first week bye in the playoffs.

What a game, what a team, and what a season! Congratulations on winning the Conference Championship!

On to regionals, Go Warriors‼️
I've watched over 20 hours of high-level high school basketball the last two days at the FHSAA State Tournament and 1 major thing is missing. A shot clock!
@Suave_Olay
The game is to slow, watching a 2-minute possession isn't real basketball. Players aren't forced to make quick decisions and coaches get away with being up 2 with 3 minutes left and stalling.
@LawlessLukeM
Haha oh yeah I agree. There’s no way I am even speaking to him. But you know Jordan and he would have used that as motivation to never loss to the Jazz again or even listen to Jazz music.
Successful Universities understand it's not facilities, scholarships, or even funding that dictates winning. It's the ability to keep enough of the right people around, who are willing to connect.
@LawlessLukeM
I thought the same thing but after watching it again and reading about it. Jordan wasn’t coming out of the locker room, he was leaving the room where all athletes answered questions with the media. Now the NBA has two separate area for teams.
@Suave_Olay
Very valid point and we can both agree it will take some time getting used to but I believe it will only make the athletes and the game better. Not to mention the fact that coaches would have to grow and adapt.
