If you are a Recruiting Coordinator at the Hs level make sure you are fighting to get every kid in your program an opportunity to play at the next level. Don’t just fight for certain kids or one side of the ball.

I visited Houston in February and I got to meet @CoachWilson_ and see how he runs @KFGOLDENEAGLES The energy he had rubbed off to his staff and players and I could see the change. Coach loves Klein Forest and I’m so happy for him, his staff and his players for their 3-0 start.

HS coaches don’t get mad at kids for sending you their film. A lot of kids don’t have recruiting coordinators at their school and some kids coaches are not helping them. So help the kids out watch their film, evaluate it and then send it out to some of your college connects.

3 weeks ago my mom turned 65 and she had a party. I told her I couldn’t make it cause I had to coach in my football game. Man did I get her good. I surprised her and came to the party. I will do anything to make sure I see that smile on my momma face. Love you mom ❤️
