Not a shot at anyone, but important reminder as coaches we’re in the kid business. A “sky is falling” mentality about football/athletics/school/etc. in July isn’t going to help our young people. Lot of decisions to be made, lot of directions things could go. Be the steady voice.

Never understood it. 🤷♂️ Our top two QBs are 3 sport guys. Our two deep at WR doesn’t have a single guy who did not participate in either basketball, baseball or track. Be a kid, do it all, and as coaches we should support them as they do it.
Coaches who tell kids that they shouldn’t play other sports shouldn’t be coaching. So sick of that nonsense.

Saw some great competition and picked up a couple of wins at Lake Hamilton’s “Live Like Bryce” 7on7 today. Proud for our kids to be recognized with sportsmanship award and check, as well. Extremely well run event, plan to be back next year.
