Signed my second player today. Bryan is a C/3rd/RHP. Exit velo of 106 and sits 88 on the bump with a 92 max. Work ethic is phenomenal and the kid has character. Bethany is going to be a force in the upcoming years.

We will be hosting private tryouts until mid to end of April for our National team. Also with possibilities of rostering on the state team. National program will only participate in National venues along with a week in the Puerto Rico for training by semi pro and pro coaches

Since hired in August at Bethany College I've been putting in work recruiting from eyes open to close. I signed my first player for the 24-25 season. Manny is a OF from Houston Texas. Great in the class with a 3.7 GPA and 6.5 60yd that spreads ball around

Well said. The game can be mentally exhausting. Also these underclassmen, it's a big jump being away from home. I do check ins with my younger players. Dinner invites, down time hangout, etc... just to make sure they're ok.

Up at 6am every morning. Coffee for a hour. 7am cst east coast recruiting calls. 11am cst midwest recruiting calls. 2pm cst west coast recruiting calls. Monday through Monday. Then I finally finish around midnight.

What kind of frame does this player have? How much room for growth is there? What's his work ethic like? Those are questions I would of wanted know. If the answers are right then there's always red shirt and development. It's about winning yes but also development and retaining.

Looking for a few players 16-18u for a tournament in Wichita next weekend. Cost is $40. Head coach is college coach and a Hitting,Pitching,fielding coach. We are 10-1 on the season scoring 104 runs and allowing 28. A competitive player with collegiate goal is ideal fit.
