I've studies/read a lot of leadership development pieces. A lady in the local leadership group I'm in explained her philosophy the other night.. "I don't know, I just work really hard and go to church" Might be better than any book I've read or talk I've listened to.

Last week of leadership meetings. Going to miss these meetings. Favorite part of my week! Reminder from today: "Nobody feeds the horse like the owner", too many people just throw out grain and leave. Invest in/own the program's vision, stay loyal to it.
