My 76 year old grandmother just went on her first date since my pop passed. She was so nervous, she was up at 6AM getting ready. I completely understand how a dad feels when his daughter goes on her 1st date. Iβve called her 3 times already. (PS itβs a secret).

PJ got the record last year @ 40 inches weighing 179 pounds. He broke his own record today jumping 41 inches @ 195 pounds. Proud of these guys.

I think itβs important to go back and evaluate where youβre at with Load/Response during the season. Making adjustments when necessary. I also think itβs more important not to create a problem that isnβt there. Both spikes in load resulted in spikes in response. Ride the wave
