July 1 brings these FCS changes: . Dixie State and Tarleton join D-I as Western Athletic Conference members and play as FCS independents alongside Presbyterian (Pioneer League in 2021) and Robert Morris (Big South in 2021), and North Dakota (Summit League) becomes an MVFC member.
