Or: BUT he doesn’t work hard, he’s selfish, he’s got discipline issues.
Are you better than your problems?
That's the question every good college coaching staff and NBA team uses to evaluate whether or not to recruit/sign; for pro teams, draft/sign/or trade for. 'Are you better than your issues?' They're not willing to risk organization culture.

Recruit tip: Contacting coaches & saying you’re looking for a place to “showcase your talent” is a bad look. Not one college coach is looking for that. We want guys who want to be successful & contribute to winning. It’s a team, not a talent circus.

Bittersweet end to our season. We had a lot of things not go our way this season, but our guys never quit. Down 12 inside of 10 minutes in our last game of the season against our school rivals. Dug down and pulled out a great win! We’ll miss Myke, Andrew, Jalen & Dakota!

When we came to Hawaii for our honeymoon, the first place we went was Pearl Harbor. Amazing experience to be back 6 years later as a family. Evelyn loved the boat ride to see the USS Arizona Memorial!
