Players: You should NOT play organized games year round.
AAU every weekend April-May-July, then June w/ HS, then fall league, then HS season Nov-Mar w/ no rest is not conducive to development.
You need planned rest & recovery periods & time w/out games to focus on development.

Becoming a father is the best thing I’ve ever done.
Judging by how he picked up this ball, hand placement is already better than a lot of the guys we start with. Shooting hand needs to get a little more under the ball, but we’ll get it there.
