5 years ago I entered this business as a JUCO AC. I had a goal & dream of one day coaching at the D1 level. When I was blessed w/the opportunity to become a D1 AC last off-season I took it. I promised myself I would never ābig timeā anyone & would always be accessible. I mean it!.

The transfer portal can be great, but it can also hurt you. I recruit the portal, JUCO & high school kids. It comes down to how good you are, how good of a fit it is & how much you can help us win. This game is about relationships, players, & winning!. Get at me if this is you!.
