July Advice : Coaches want talented players that are team oriented:. The more DRIBBLES you take, the more combo moves ending in tough shots, the more we know it is about YOU. The more u ATTACK the paint in 2-3 dribbles, kick it out, u cut hard w/out ball, we know U are about US.

Hiring a staff is one of the hardest/important jobs a HC will ever do. It is a well designed puzzle where all the pieces need to fit. It took a long time to get it right. I met some quality people in the process. I am SO excited to unveil our staff this week @NavyWBB #GONavy 👏👏.

Had this conversation yesterday with an asst. coach from another school about recruiting. I like this one kid better than the other kid we are recruiting. But the other kid has so many offers. 😳. 2 many young coaches recruit off other’s opinions. 😳😳. Trust your own 👀!.

Observations for players from July Recruiting. This is an evaluation period so:. 1) I love 👀 teams with 10 or less players, why? . 2) We get to see players PLAY. 3) if you want a scholie, you have to play. 4) Play in the right places and you will be 👀. College Coaches probably.
