Coach McMillin has been on my mind a lot since his passing. Wanted to share something I always admired about him. 45+ years after starting the program at @JMU, he still wrote the players multiple times a week. Often just telling us how much it meant to be a part of the team.

This is what wins you a championship. Period. Every player remembers Hunter puking and continuing the workout so we wouldn’t have to start over. Hunter working showed a lot of us we could do more than we were doing. He can no doubt play other places, he’s just that loyal to JMU.
