#MovementToReality is matching What we See, What we Demo, & What we Coach. There’s almost no push off the O/S leg when coach demonstrates. He demos a “Gallop” Rhythm w/ his I/S leg pulling him up, over, and dropping down on O/S leg. Then coaches athlete to push off O/S leg. Leaving both the audible & visual athlete confused, but not knowing why. #MovementToReality is seeing that high speed tackling requires high speed lowering of COG. No tagging of the hip, low speed tackles, or any small game will prepare body for the forces created in exp vids.
