Seeing these college teams doing snow tarp pulls brings back memories of 14 inches at Montreat on Tuesday the week of a 4 game series. We had to shovel snow to get to the tarp pull the tarp. We played with a mountain of snow behind the first base dugout for weeks.

Guys always say they want to throw hard yet when they are throwing or in a bullpen or live bullpen they don't throw with intent. You can't train your body to throw at elite levels but train your mind to be avg.

So just looking at data I need to be training guys to throw hard but not necessarily the FB as the MLB avg was only 37.7% FB last year. Guys have got to be able to throw their offspeed with more velo and more efficient spin rate.
