Culture Tip: Ask your players who they want to be; how do they want to be seen/known? Have them write down the attributes of their desired persona, and after each day, each workout, each game, ask them if they thought they were that guy. Hand holding to accountability! 💯.

The last week has been rough. We found out that we lost our third child. Our kids are sad, we are sad, but not broken. The support and love from our family and friends is overwhelming. Blessings come in due time, and this little blessing will come again when the time is right.
