@JetBlue Service never got better on the ground, but credit where credit is due Jerry the flight attendant on flight 915 JFK-SFO (in air now) was an absolute rockstar going above and beyond to help me out once I got on board. He deserves recognition

@JetBlue More poor service. Stuck in an window seat after paying for an aisle, and no willingness to acknowledge the 5 hours of lost time (when there was an open flight that would have made me on time), or refund almost $500 in wasted change fees
