I have no idea what happened behind the scenes but when a coach comes to a double 10th place team and brings them to lec finals and then gets kicked after a winter split where he made playoffs on an okay roster it just doesnt make sense to me.

Scrim culture after coming back from the break has gotten a lot better aside from one thing and that is respect from teams/managers. If a person politely asks you for a scrim based on the availability you posted and you don't have the decency to reply 1/2

Then find someone else to do the job for you. You can be a better team on paper and there is no problem to deny scrims because you are the better team. But respond because there will be a time when you will be on a worse team and people will ignore you 2/2

It is crazy to me based on all my achievements in the last 1.5 years and my experience I only received 1 offer. But I applied for a few positions, did my best in the tests, and managed to pull through! Crazy offseasons didn't expect it to be this hard with my profile!
