Now may be a good time to air out a hot take:
There's no reason to have hand shake lines after games. And it definitely shouldn't be an expectation. It does much more harm than good. Fights break out more than anything.
Do NBA style handshakes and move on.

I'm optimistically hoping that she's just interviewing to gain experience and knows that the Spurs job is hers.
If that isn't the case and failed coaches are getting 3rd and 4th chances before she gets her first, then that's a huge issue the NBA needs to deal with.
