It is truly a blessing to do something you love, especially right out of college. At 22 I had my first coaching opportunity. Now, I am completing my 7th year as a collegiate coach - having experienced the D3, D2 and D1 levels. Was it always easy? No - but I am GRATEFUL!

My favorite thing to tell a recruit about her game is that I loved her energy all around, her ability to lift up team mates and listen to her coach, her relentless effort on and off the ball. Scoring the ball is just the cherry on top. So many intangibles I like to evaluate.
