One of the issues mentioned is declining numbers. One program in the county had an increase in roster size 5 years in a row, but conflict and chaos sells, so no one wants to talk about that.

This right here. Do it before school for the kids who play other sports, after school for kids who do not play a sport that season, and the ideal situation is weight training during PE. It can be done with multi-sport athletes. Did it myself from 2000-2004!

Eagles did the job. Defense was lights out, Hurts played well, and although the run game wasn’t effective they stuck to it. Chiefs ran it 11 times all game and couldn’t protect. Story of the game. #SuperBowlLIX
