Got this idea when I was a GA. It’s my OL practice plan. Everything together: practice plan, script, install, depth chart and most importantly listing of drills! Helps me plan the next day and if I ever have a few extra minutes I can grab a drill. DM if you want a copy #ALFBCHAT

@CoachLundberg @OGrading A2: RB. Bend in the knees hands on knees, feet under shoulders. Alignment varies. I never saw it live but apparently standing tall back there was a thing and happened occasionally. Honestly unless it was really obvious just tried to let those guys relax and play ball! #ALFBCHAT
