Big facts! The sad reality is my 25-30 year olds will have no idea what a Roth IRA is. To be honest I had no idea what one was until I was in my late 20s and started listening to the Dave Ramsey Show podcast. Now I grind the max that baby out every year for the wife and I by June.

This first one is an absolute monster! Time in the market always beats timing the market! Unless you want to do both. Invest a certain amount every month, regardless of the market . During times of economic volatility invest a whole lot more . I increase my 401(k) contributions to 52% back in March/April 20 20 and Q3/Q4 of 2022. Maxed out my Roth IRA for 2020 at a 38% discount in March. Took advantage of major sales in stock market.
