Why are you telling THAT secret? Easier to game plan for the same offense run by multiple teams. I’ll get my guys ready for 2x2, 3x1, 3x2 and motioning into/out of!!! All without a TE or 2 RB’s Let them argue if it’s duo or IZ with their backpacks and certificates

Public schools have lost their way. Let’s get back to adult authority, teaching core knowledge and holding students accountable. Let’s dump SEL, activism, social promotion, inquiry learning, PBL, poster making and other forms of Doing without Learning.

@CoachBSteverson @GlazierClinics I was poking fun at who gets to present & who doesn’t. I respect those coaches who do & I learn from them & know they coach as hard as us. It was more so a jab that to be able to speak you have to have a really good team. Some of the very best coaches go 5-5,6-4, and 7-3

This is what I’m talking about - we need to hear your story even though we may not be in the situation but I’m sure you had to make incredible adjustments throughout the season. BTW - I coached 9 man a few years, had 9 STUD players by week 3 we were injured and down to 1
@CoachMac73 @GlazierClinics That’s why clinics are money grabs. Most coaches have never been in a situation that they had to actually coach. It’s easy to win every year when you have more talent than everyone else Spent last season with 10 kids on roster in 8-man football. Only 4 had ever played football.

Awesome thought! And maybe a clinic session on teams that have most of their players play both sides of the ball too. Majority of H.S. Teams don’t have separate O and D units
@CoachMac73 @GlazierClinics Agree 100%. I would attend a clinic where speakers teams are required to be .500 or below for the previous season. Those are some guys that have to be resourceful and think outside the box because they don’t have 5 D1 kids on the roster

Nothing against Coaches who present - I’ve tried for years! But because I’m not a “Big Name” that year… never accepted… I truly appreciate those who present! I always walk away with something of value!
Most coaches at @GlazierClinics are successful because they have the DUDES at their school. Ask, “What gives your team/System problems?” The answer….. “When they’re better than us…!” Haha

The old saying “Its the Jimmies and the Joes and not the X’s and O’s” is as true today as it was back then. Coaching isn’t about scheme - it’s about getting your players to where they have the most chance of success
@WingOffNetwork Talent matters more than coaching a lot of the time.

@k_durand67 @WingOffNetwork Historically the winningest high school offenses are WANG T and Triple Option… Maybe because they were invented long ago or maybe because they work really well. However - we see bits of both out of Gun in HS/Col/Pro now.

Honestly the problem is that people need a straw to drink! I’ll have a Super Double gulp of Dr. Pepper filled to the top and won’t spill because I’m an adult! Also - You can’t fit all 23 original flavors of Dr. Pepper through a straw! Haha! #MacFacts
