@StatisticUrban Dallas is the talented older brother that hasn't done much with his life. Austin went to med school but veered into herbal cryotherapy. San Antonio runs a few chain restaurants and we don't talk about Houston at family gatherings.

@brianknotts @KasiTheKidd @StatisticUrban It was decided by the SC. In 1898. When they wrote theopinion that specifically states the answer to your "question." This is wholly unambiguous and you'd have to want to change the constitution itself to want it to mean anything else
