I was born in Germany, I’m Mexican, I have a bachelors degree in PreLaw with a minor in Psychology. I’ve taught Civics, World Geography, American History, IBCA, and PE.... oh also I have a good S&C resume but you’re right I probably got my job because I’m also a football coach.
We do understand most people lack history knowledge because most US HS social studies teachers are coaches (usually football) who just have the teaching position so they can coach.
Are we ready for that conversation?

Diabetes diagnoses day January 8th, 2020: 282lbs
9 month check up day October 9th, 2020: 228lbs
Morbidly Obese has officially been removed from my chart & a good A1C today and another good in January and I will have reversed my diabetes diagnosis.

My daughter just had a complete mental breakdown at 9pm about not wanting to go to college & leave all of her family and friends behind.

Challenged our guys to get to 35 on our 225lb Clean Board before spring ball starts at the end of April.
They did it by March 3rd with Freshman Darreyus Scott being number 35.

My dad spent 20yrs in the Army, 8yrs as a government contractor, other years in the plants, and this fall will walk across the stage with two bachelors in 4yrs at the age of 53.
Moral of the story: don’t tell me you don’t have time, or you can’t do something. I’ve seen it done.

Couldn’t have asked for a better group of senior specialist. I love each & everyone of them. Our punter never punted in a game before this year & averaged 40+. Our LS taught himself how to LS. Our kicker never played a down of football before April and started all year!

Watched one episode of QB1 season 3 and so far this is what I do know... the demeanor and attitude of the kids from Warren Easton far exceeds the kids from the other schools. I may be bias but in Louisiana we got respect, good character, and good football.

I could count the girls on one hand who have deadlifted 300lb at a meet for me since I’ve become a head coach. Today Sr. Noa Vallejo deadlifted the most ever at 350lbs and with A LOT of room to go before regionals!
