6:30am lift, 8:30 Jr. high camp, 10:30 youth camp, back at 5:30 for HS camp. The boys put in work this week. Never short in effort, attitude, and toughness. Technique, scheme, competitions, and a great BBQ to end it. They were great teammates first. FAMILY. #TEAM43 @Townsendk12
