When recruiting HS/JC players, U can’t strickty follow stats, some HS/JC kids AVG very ⬆️ and can’t play at next level, while some AVG ⬇️ but can DEF impact at next level, U must be able 2 evaluate IQ, toughness, situation the player is in,system they play in, talent around them!.

This kid had no offers 🍩 out of high school. never complained ,didn’t bash any of her previous coaches, and her parents didn’t either. She never bragged about her self via social media or made up stories on why she wasn’t recruited,look at her now, just work!! she is 5’2 #305.

Last nights fight reminded me a bit on how some college coaches recruit, body and look (eye ball test) but man if a kid can 🏀he/she can 🏀 , if a man can fight then he can fight! Chubby , fit , swole , strong it don’t matter. Small, slow, non passers of eye ball test can play 🏀.
