No doubt about it, your best ability as an athlete is availability. Athletes who sleep less than 8 hours per night are 1.7 times more likely to be injured. Athletes who sleep less than 7 hours a night are about 1.7 times more likely to get a cold. Your superpower is sleep!
Mathematics for ALL athletes:
1. Miss 1-2 workouts, you (and your coaches), will know it.
2. Miss 3-5 workouts, your teammates will know it.
3. Miss 6 or more workouts, and your opponents will know it!
