@Smudger_RS Good point -athlete centered is understanding what is needed and providing that - confidence & competence - paradoxically it’s not imposing coach ideas on athletes on what is athlete centered 🤷🏻♂️

This project has been quite the journey but always rewarding to share evidence informed pedagogical practice, and embed a learner centered coaching approach outside of sport.
We recently delivered a 2 week ‘train the trainer’ pilot with @northumbriapol, preparing trainers to roll out the updated public & personal safety training (PPST) curriculum. 1/3
