Today was a sad day saying goodbye to the 💣 squad, commits and to other coaches on staff. Yes, I was let go today and yes myself & my family will be okay but what hurts the most is saying goodbye to guys who gave you their all. My heart hurts for those guys.

Please everyone I beg you to stick to the CDC guidelines. If you love & care for your family & friends then why put someone else at risk. My Uncle Roger passed away this morning. He spent 19 days in the hospital. It started with COVID then led to pneumonia. My heart truly broken.

I want to thank everyone who reached out to offer their condolences. My uncle is 1⃣ of more than 2⃣2⃣4⃣,0⃣0⃣0⃣ deaths. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who lost his life because of COVID. Don’t become numb to the numbers. These are real people.

After a 14+ month journey, a new addition to our family has finally come to fruition. We are beyond blessed to introduce our son, Bennett James Lemon. This wasn’t the easiest journey with all that life threw at us but my wife crushed it. I love you so much! A year of blessings!
