🗣S&C Coaches... Stop maxing out and chasing numbers during your athletes’ FIRST weight room experience (middle, high schools & Devo groups).. 10x out of 10, they probably shouldn’t touch the bar. If they do, there ain’t no need to max out on day one. DEVELOP and see growth!

Respect and winning are earned... They don’t just happen. If they did, I’d have 4 rings and a Ponderosa by now.. But I don’t! Put in the necessary positive work and FIGHT to win! It’s bigger than sports, it’s LIFE! If you don’t hunt/work, you don’t eat. It’s pretty simple.
