Camp starts at 8. I told them one time gym I’ll open the gym at 7 for anyone who wants to work before camp. My favorite game is to see who shows up first. AND how many girls show up

Year 5 an extremely unexpected year. If you would have asked me a year ago today if I would be coaching varsity I would have said no. I had a plan and God had a different plan. Thank you for another chapter on this journey

Year 2 finished. Different type of year. But these girls handled it better than I ever could have at their age. I could go one and on but I’ll just say I have never worked with a group more RESILIENT, HARD WORKING, and COACHABLE than these 8. An honor to coach them 😀😃

When the season come around AAU or High school and your daughter not playing….think about what they did from August-November when they had to hold themselves accountable. And do the work…it’s a lot of separation about to happen. From good to great.

It’s been a lot of changes in my coaching career this last year. Unexpectedly got a varsity gig and Extremely grateful for the opportunity to coach and I’ll never take it for granted. Here’s to another year of doing what I love ❤️🏀.

Wins and losses don’t mean as much as playing together and being celebrated by your teammates. One clip a teammate is hyped cause of a huge 2 blocks, another clip passing up a good shot for a great one and celebrating it before it goes in. These are the moments why I coach

With AAU tryouts here. A little advice figure out what you are looking for in a program. If it’s the coach, the environment, the type of exposure, the teammates. Basketball is a game. Enjoy it in the best spot for you.

Trusting and enjoying the process
Great first week of camp. Girls from all levels came in everyday ready and willing to learn and compete. Everyday we are just try to get 1% better. Just keep stacking the days. The work works. 💯

I love that I'm getting to play with both JV and Varsity. While I don't get to play much for varsity yet, I appreciate the few minutes, experience and ability to practice with them. Looking forward to being a big contributor, but for now - I will focus on getting better.
