Thought I was the only one lol. Couldn't agree more
The older I get and the more I grow as a coach, the things I look for in players are DIFFERENT! It use to be all dog mentality, motor and athleticism (these things are still important), but now it’s can you SHOOT it ( a true maker) & do you understand the game defensively !
