What a club. Thank you to everyone that came out last night to support the team. For a group averaging an age of under 20, they managed the occasion very well. The point is fair, and we now look forward to the weekend.

I have been overwhelmed by the messages that I have received. Thank you to all those that have messaged, and wished me and the club well for the season ahead!
I always enjoy looking back at old games and reflecting on them. At Aberdeen I set up the team to press high. Player for player out of possession. Looking to force mistakes and capitalise on them. This clip against an excellent Rangers team.
24 goals so far for Bayley, with none of those being from the penalty spot.
For a part time player to be leading the way with 5 games remaining is massive credit to her and the rest of the team.

I’m delighted that this has happened. Brilliant for young girls in Aberdeen to grow up knowing they can play for their club and potentially progress to the first team.
If you (or anyone you know) would be interested in applying for a role within our girls academy, have a read.
A brilliant team performance with 3 outstanding goals (and a clean sheet). Thank you to those that travelled to support us yesterday. Hope to see you all Sunday when we are back at home!

First 1/4 of the season complete already!
I’m working with a brilliant group of young ambitious players who give everything each game. Not only good players, but good people.
Thank you to all the fans for your support. See you after the international break!

@AberdeenWomen
- Belief and confidence to play under pressure
- Playing forward where possible
- Movement to drop in off the front line
- Positive runs beyond the striker
- Runs from out to in pulling fullbacks inside
- Exploiting the space wide
@AberdeenWomen
I’m so proud of my players for how they reacted to going behind, and being down to 10 players yesterday. Thank you for everyone who came to support. Please come down to Balmoral on Wednesday to applaud the players for the last home game of the season.

Graduation day at Liverpool University. Diploma in professional football management. Thank you to the
@LMA_Managers
and to all the other coaches and managers on the course.
Full-time at Cormack Park where goals from Eilidh Shore and a late strike from Francesca Ogilvie mean Aberdeen come from behind to claim all three points against Montrose.
❤️ COME ON YOU REDS!!

One example of where I’ve wanted the players to play out under high pressure. They’ve shown the confidence to do it, and haven’t gone away from it all season. Even after making mistakes, the players have learnt, and found different ways out.
@AberdeenWomen
Never easy playing away midweek. I’m lucky to work with a fantastic group of players and staff, and I felt we deserved the 3 points tonight. Looking forward to Sunday! Thank you to those that came to support us tonight.
A tough one today, but against a good full time team. We are a young group, but I can’t fault the effort. This experience of playing first team football now will benefit the players, and the national team, in the future. Thank you to the players, fans, and staff for a good 2023.
🤩 Three points for the Dons on our return to Balmoral as a goal in each half from Hutchison and Stewart ensure we start our post-split campaign with victory over Spartans!
COME ON YOU REDS!

to AFC ahead of the new SWPL season. Look forward to working with him, and our key partners, to continue the growth of our women's team.
The hard work we’ve put in
@watfordfcwomen
during pre season showed yesterday with many positives for us to build on.
Proud of this group of players and now we’re looking forward to this weekend and welcoming you all to Vicarage Road against Liverpool.
9 of our U10 7v7 girls and 2 of the U12 Reds were picked to walk out with the women’s team after the manager, Clint saw them in the stadium. Not only that but young Karman got to read out the team lines over the tannoy, like a true professional.

Grateful to have had such a brilliant week coaching in Greece. Have enjoyed meeting some lovely families, and coaching a brilliant group of young players 🇬🇷 ⚽️
Waking up this morning after another outstanding performance by our U16s last night. 9 games, 8 wins, 1 draw. A fantastic group of boys to work with.

ahead of their match with Hamilton Accies
I got to sit in on team meetings, training, follow

and even be in for the half-time talk to get an insight on what it means to play for the Dons
A brilliant day at the Royal Army Academy Sandhurst on Wednesday. The day involved the British Army sharing their insights on leadership, decision-making, and team dynamics.

Incredibly proud of my achievements in the Women’s Game so far, and glad that I could share some of my experiences with

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with these boys. An incredibly talented group of players. What an achievement for them to win this league!

after a 5-2 win v Farnham. On to the Champions Cup. Fantastic and many congratulations to our boys, parents and coaches.
Enjoyed putting another session together for Elite Soccer. This one focuses on exploiting the space in behind and looking to break out from a mid block. I would set this up based on us being in a 5-3-2 or 4-5-1 out of possession.
@EliteSoccerMag
The greatest English manager of all time (in my opinion). Won many trophies in England and abroad, as well as taking the national team to a World Cup semi final penalty shootout. More importantly, he seemed like such a good guy. “More than a manager” on Amazon Prime 👌.
Ferguson “There is not a person I would put one inch above Bobby”
Mourinho “He's immortal because he leaves in everybody who knows him a mark of his personality”
Guardiola “He was an inspiration as a coach and as a man”
It's been 14 years since Sir Bobby Robson passed🙏
