Yesterday morning a fellow cyclist fell off their bike infront of me on the ice, I swerved & went over my handlebars. I dislocated my right shoulder. It was agony. Shout out to my colleagues @MFT_MRI ED who put me back together! 🧡 Really sore today, take care out there.

Happy world mental health day! Anxiety is my super power, what's yours? It used to stop me from doing things: Going to class, seeing friends, applying for jobs. Now it charges me. It's hard, but through creativity & support I've learnt to channel it.
