@alimony_king @JeanHatchet When a human body goes into panic, the heart rate rises, over a prolonged period of distress, this can cause a heart attack. Just because she wasn't fully conscious, doesn't mean she wasn't aware she was under attack. It doesn't mean she wasn't terrified and in pain.
