Early this morning CPD received a report of puppies abandoned in one of our parks. Officers located 5 newborn puppies. They were taken to a local veterinarian where they were determined to be healthy & arrangements have been made to get them to a shelter for continued care.

Clayton officers arrested 3 suspects at 5:15 am today after they crashed a stolen car on I-170 and ran from the scene. A handgun was recovered at the scene. The car was stolen from a garage on Brentwood Blvd in Clayton. No injuries occurred. Nice work night watch officers!
