@Perthkiwi3 @NBLComms @NBL He made some sort of motion towards Swaka Lo Buluks face with his finger. Stupid, but not even close to an eye gouge. But, you're spot on. To find him guilty of eye gouging (right or wrong) and then have a minor penalty for that is hopeless.
