@fionajroberts1 Exactly hun, when I say walking more, I'm like you try and get extra steps in, I also have an under active thyroid so suffer with tiredness and muscle aches, I also have other issues, I gotta have an hysteroscopy next month as have abdominal episodes of pain on and off x

@reddevil1975 Sadly I lost my Dad 5 years ago, and sadly my mum has dementia, I don't know how I stay so strong, especially with my mum it's like a grieving process now then will be a different grieving process, I'm always here lovely if you want to chat x
